How our Service Works

When you call us, we will ask you a series of questions to determine if your pet is a match for pet sitting or not. A meeting will be set up for you, your pets, and your sitter to get acquainted.

A meeting lasts between half an hour and one hour. Paperwork will be filled out and we will as you to show the sitter your pets routine.

At this time, a key for the house must be given to the sitter, as well as full payment for the job.

The dates will be scheduled, and you can go on vacation knowing your pets will be well cared for with love and attention.

While You Are Away/ Upon Your Return

Before you leave, your sitter will give you a phone number to reach her, in case you wish to call to see how your pets are doing.

Upon your return, you are required to call your sitter to let her know you have safely returned. This will ensure that your sitter will not need to come for an additional visit.

Likewise, if you are stranded, you must call your sitter to let her know additional visits will be needed. This ensures that your pets receive uninterrupted care, and continue to be healthy and happy.

Remember, your pets well bieng is our top priority!!!!
