We Charge
Rate Changes and New Procedures
Effective November 1, 2005
Basic Rates:
**18.00 for the first pet per visit/ $2.50 each additional pet per visit.
Types of Payments: We accept Mastercard, Visa, Cash, Checks or Money Orders.
Horses: $30.00 per visit- up to 2 horses. **Includes the following: Light mucking of stalls, Feeding, Fresh Water, Hay Light Brushing.
Horse Baths: $30.00 per horse/ per bath
Dog Baths: From $15.00 to $50.00 depending on size. We do not bathe dogs which normally would need a groomer- for example: heavy fur coats, etc.
Nail Trims: Cats or dogs- (all must be friendly) $15.00
Emergency Trips to Veterinarian: $60.00 per hour
Extra Playtime for pets: $15.00 per 15 minutes.
**This feature is not available over holidays**
Errand Fees: Picking up food, etc. $20.00 plus cost of supplies.
Cage Cleaning Fee: $20.00 up to 2 cages. $5.00 Each additional cage.
**If we are caring for your small pets, and you need cages cleaned, this is the fee.
Often we do not charge to feed and give water to smaller pets, unless they are the only pets in the household.
Bounced Check Charge: $25.00 plus bank fee and amount owed. Once check bounces, client is on cash or money order basis until further notice.
Lockout Services: $25.00. If we keep a copy of your key, and you get locked out of your house between 6am and 7 pm, we will come to let you in. If you can come to pick up your key, there will be no charge, but pickup must be prior to 9PM.
Holidays:
Our Company books up quickly for all holidays. Please call or E-Mail us early so we do not have to disappoint you if we cannot fit you in.
Holiday Surcharge: $25.00 (Holiday fee refers to a "time frame" over a holiday time - not specifically to just the holiday date) and is above and beyond regular rates. Please ask for dates that fee applies to when you book. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Holiday Deposit: $50.00 (Non refundable.) This deposit is applied to the bill when it is paid.
